Ingrid I. Rivera Rocafort

Ms. Rivera is an independent consultant and founder of Rive Consulting, established upon her retirement in 2006 from Procter & Gamble (P&G) after 26 years of service. In her consultant role, she provides marketing and strategic development services to corporations, not-for-profit, community and trade organizations. She has been St. Clair Foundation’s Executive Director since 2018, which focuses on impacting the education and health of the youth of Puerto Rico through music.

Ingrid concluded a 4-year successful journey in the public sector, leading the Puerto Rico Tourism Company as its Executive Director for the Government of Puerto Rico from 2013-2016. She was responsible for stimulating, promoting and regulating the development of the tourism industry of Puerto Rico, leveraging on her experience in the marketing and strategic development areas. Prior to Tourism, she was Director of Advent-Morro Equity Partners, focusing on Advent-Morro’s growing U.S. Hispanic market’s presence. Ingrid headed the firm’s communications and public relations efforts in these markets and for the portfolio companies and managed investor relations.

Ingrid holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. She enjoys active volunteering in boards, as the VP of Pro-Arte Musical’s Board, Puerto Rico’s longest serving cultural music organization; is a Trustee at the University of Sagrado Coraz n, leading its Student Affairs Committee; is the Secretary of Foundation for Puerto Rico’s Board, focused on the Visitor’s Economy; and an Advisor of the recently established Puerto Rico Tourism Business Council.
